2009. Our mission is to stand with bravery next to as many immigrants as
possible to fight and protect their ability to live, work, and thrive in the
United States. We are a law firm for immigrants by immigrants. We represent
clients nation-wide and focus in issues around asylum, citizenship, family
immigration, nonimmigrant visas, deportation defense, temporary protection
status, green cards, waivers and consular processing.
We provide advice and representation not
only to individuals, but also to businesses on all family-based visa scenarios,
green cards, and various state and federal filings. Basically put – we’re all
about immigration.
We are a very collaborative and dynamic

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Executive support experience: Proven ability to support C‑level leaders in technology, legal, or corporate environments.
Tech proficiency: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and task management tools like Asana or Trello.
Communication & organization: Exceptional written and verbal skills, meticulous task tracking, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Independence: Capable of working across time zones and shifting demands without constant oversight.
Equipment: Windows 11 or higher; 16 GB RAM; Intel i5 10th gen+, Intel i7 6th gen+, or AMD Ryzen 5+.
As the CTO Assistant, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our Chief Technology Officer, managing priorities across multiple projects and organizations. You’ll coordinate communication, organize workflows, and ensure smooth execution in a dynamic, tech‑driven environment.
Coordinate schedules: Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel across several organizations.
Support projects: Keep tasks, workflows, and deliverables on track to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Draft communications: Write and edit professional emails, memos, and documentation.
Capture information: Organize notes, reports, and project documentation for easy reference.
Assist the CTO: Provide confidential support in meetings, projects, and strategic initiatives.
