We represent clients nationwide and focus on issues around asylum, citizenship, family immigration, nonimmigrant visas, deportation defense, temporary protection status, green cards, waivers, and consular processing.

We provide advice and representation not only to individuals, but also to businesses on all family-based visa scenarios, green cards, and various state and federal filings. Basically put – we’re all about immigration.

What You'll Do:
·         Review and manage each client's case type.
·         Maintain and update case records meticulously.
·         Verify and gather the required information.
·         Draft and request necessary case documents.
·         Enter information into systems to generate forms.
·         Prepare documents and letters for immigration.
·         Send complete case packets for review.
·         Provide clients with ongoing case updates.
·         Request and follow up on necessary client documents.
