Our firm has narrowed its focus almost exclusively to providing immigration services in the western United States. The administrative assistant must be able to work effectively with all team members to ensure that the job is done right the first time. We deal with sensitive material, and confidentiality is a must. Our firm’s mission is to provide superior service by tailoring legal services to the immigrant community. We protect and help immigrants obtain green cards, citizenship, and help them succeed in the United States. Our clients turn to us during some of the most stressful moments in their lives, and we strive to lift the legal burdens off of them. We are seeking a Client Services Clerk for our Wenatchee, WA location who is ready to handle a challenging and rewarding career. This is an immediate opening that we are looking to fill very quickly.

Your New Role:
This position is an integral member of our firm and is responsible for welcoming new clients to the firm and guiding them through the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. This role ensures a smooth onboarding experience by collecting and verifying client information, processing payments, preparing and managing service agreements, and receiving or delivering legal documents. It also includes capturing biometric data (such as photographs and fingerprint signatures), supporting clients in completing legal forms, and coordinating translation services for USCIS interviews or hearings
 

Key Responsibilities: 

1.  Provide a warm and professional welcome to new clients, ensuring a smooth intake experience and building trust from the very first interaction.
2.  Collect and verify personal and case-related information from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness during the intake process.
3.  Schedule and manage appointments for contract explanations, document signing, biometric data collection (photos and fingerprint signatures), and form completion.
4.  Generate, present, and manage service agreements, ensuring clients understand their terms and collecting required signatures.
5.  Process and accurately record payments received during intake, maintaining transparency and compliance with internal procedures.
6.  Receive, organize, and track incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining detailed records and ensuring secure handling.
7.  Coordinate translation services for USCIS interviews and hearings, including the preparation of translated client statements and legal documents.
8.  Serve as a key point of contact, providing timely updates, answering questions, and supporting clients throughout their onboarding journey.
9.  Maintain all client records and signed agreements in accordance with firm protocols and confidentiality standards.
10.  Support the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing knowledge, processes, and service standards to maintain team consistency and performance.

Requirements
To be considered for the position, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Able to think on your own and creatively problem solve to come up with solutions
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills

Legal Project Manager (Remote)
Location: Home Office
Pay: USD 2,000 Per Month

Your Role
As a Legal Project Manager at Quiroga Law Office PLLC, you will play a key role in driving operational success across our legal units. You’ll be responsible for coordinating initiatives, tracking task execution, optimizing workflows, and ensuring everything is aligned with the firm’s objectives. You will act as a strategic bridge between our legal teams and leadership, anticipating issues, proposing process improvements, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
·         Plan, coordinate, and oversee legal and operational projects to ensure timely completion, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
·        Serve as the main liaison between legal production teams, facilitating smooth communication and alignment.
·        Implement, maintain, and improve project tracking systems, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
·        Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and suggest preventive or corrective actions.
·        Coordinate continuous coaching and support for team members according to project goals.
·        Generate performance reports, monitor team KPIs, and present insights to department leaders and executive staff.
·        Ensure case management systems, documentation processes, and compliance metrics are up-to-date and optimized.
·        
Promote a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration focused on results.

Qualifications & Skills
·         Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in operational or service-based environments.
·        Proven experience with project/task management tools and workflow optimization (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar).
·        Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
·        Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
·        Demonstrated ability to create Dashboards and workflows.
·        Demonstrated ability to influence teams, manage cross-functional initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes.
·        
Fluent in English (minimum B2+) and native Spanish required.
 
Preferred Qualifications
·         PMP certification or Agile methodology experience is a plus.
·        Prior experience in fast-paced environments.
·        Familiarity with IT service delivery, CRM platforms, or ERP systems such as SAP is a strong advantage.
