We represent clients nation-wide and focus in issues around asylum, citizenship, family immigration, nonimmigrant visas, deportation defense, temporary protection status, green cards, waivers and consular processing.
We provide advice and representation not only to individuals, but also to businesses on all family-based visa scenarios, green cards, and various state and federal filings. Basically put – we’re all about immigration.

Your New Role
The ideal candidate must be committed Develop a legal strategy to promote the NCP position, analyzing the client's objectives and goals and presenting them in a briefing, coordinating effective communication to proactively address challenges: 
  • 1. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication.. Manage customer inquiries, requests and expectations in a proactive manner.
  • 2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and manage the successful execution of projects according to client requirements.. Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • 3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including preparation of reports, budget tracking and project documentation. Manage contract documentation and ensure accuracy in internal records.
  • 4. Problem Attention and Resolution: Proactively address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions. Keep clients informed of progress and resolve any concerns effectively.
  • 5. Client Training and Education: Provide guidance and training to customers on the efficient use of the company's products or services. Ensure that customers are fully informed about the features and benefits of the products or services contracted.
  • 6. Gathering Customer Feedback: Collect comments and feedback from customers on satisfaction and quality of services provided. Use feedback to make continuous improvements in processes and services.
  • 7. Expectation Management: Manage customer expectations realistically and transparently, ensuring a clear understanding of timelines and deliverables. Proactively communicate any deviations and adjust expectations as needed.
  • 8. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive client service delivery aligned with company objectives. Facilitate effective cross-departmental communication to address customer needs holistically.

Your New Role
The ideal candidate must be committed to advocating for clients’ rights and have a strong desire to help change people’s lives.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with frequent travel.
Significant travel is required across the country to attend USCIS interviews, ICE check-ins, and immigration court hearings.

You will have the following accountabilities:
· Performs quality legal work with very limited review, oversees entire matter files from case initiation, case strategy/planning, including regular status conferences with clients throughout the process until successful completion of the case.
· Assesses eligibility for relief from removal proceedings and represents detained and non-detained clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court.
· Represents clients at USCIS interviews; prepares case strategy and clients/witnesses for court/USCIS testimony; oversight of court hearings and USCIS interviews.
· Participates in training and works closely with staff to draft and implement program protocols, workflow processes, and case-related policies and procedures.
· Responsible for legal operations consistent with the firm’s mission and principles, while playing a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing activities and production of the legal team, while also working closely with the administrative team.
· Communicates with third parties, courts, and opposing counsel, delegating to Legal Team when appropriate.
·  Provides excellent customer service while building client rapport and trust. 
Must be available to work in a full-time position.
