    • Applicants must possess a J.D. degree from a School of Law accredited by the American Bar Association

    • At least 5 years of experience post J.D. relevant to trial and court experience.
    • Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
    • Strong familiarity with legal research databases.

    • Complex case management skills.
    • Experience in immigration/appellate law is highly desired, but no required.

      · Drafts, reviews, and files appropriate court pleadings including legal motions, petitions, and briefs; prepares appropriate immigration applications.
