Client Service Coordinator

$25-30 Per Hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Location: Tacoma, WA (On-site)

Our mission is to stand with bravery next to as many immigrants as possible to fight and protect their ability to live, work, and thrive in the United States. We are a law firm for immigrants by immigrants. We represent clients nation-wide and focus in issues around asylum, citizenship, family immigration, nonimmigrant visas, deportation defense, temporary protection status, green cards, waivers and consular processing.

We provide advice and representation not only to individuals, but also to businesses on all family-based visa scenarios, green cards, and various state and federal filings. Basically put – we’re all about immigration.

Your New Role

The ideal candidate must be committed to advocating for client’s rights and have a strong desire to help change people’s lives. You will have the following accountabilities:

  • Meeting with prospects.
  • Presenting the firms services and offerings.
  • Articulating the value proposition of the firm.
  • Addressing any questions the prospects may have regarding the firm.
  • To build rapport with potential clients and demonstrate the firms’ expertise and capabilities.

Qualifications

·         Experience in sales is preferred.

·         Excellent communication skills and customer service.

·         Spanish speaker is a must.

This Position will offer:

  • $25-30 dollars an hour.

Case Processing Assistant

  • Modality: Remote (Home Office)
  • Pay: 1200 USD per month
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct introductory calls with clients and document information in the internal system.
  • Communicate with clients regularly and provide timely updates.
  • Review case status consistently and ensure accurate notes in the internal platform.
  • Verify and request required case materials from clients or third parties.
  • Draft and prepare initial versions of letters, forms, and documents to advance cases.
  • Assemble and review case packets for completeness and accuracy before sending them to the Case Coordinator.
  • Prepare client briefs and supporting documentation for appointments.
  • Update and maintain case records in the internal system with accuracy.
  • Translate during client meetings when needed.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Case Coordinator for guidance.
  • Support internal process improvements and team collaboration.

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • English Proficiency: Advanced level (C1 required).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
