Job Title: Client Service Support (Remote)
Pay: USD $1,000/month

Now we’re looking for a Client Service Support professional to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an outstanding client experience, this is your moment.

What You'll Do:
Supervise the checklist of inquiries made by the customer service coordinator team, ensuring each issue is thoroughly documented and complete, including note review, debriefings, and corresponding coordinator records.
Provide the Client Service Coordinator with reminders regarding the unvetted notes.
Maintain contact with our customers, anticipating their needs and providing effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction within the first 15 days after hiring (follow-up quality control call).
Thoroughly review the unchecked notes of each customer service coordinator, verifying pending tasks and ensuring that customer requests are properly addressed.
Ensure that responses to required text messages are sent according to notes generated in collaboration with the company's communications center.
Facilitate clear and effective communication both internally and externally, ensuring mutual understanding of expectations and requirements.
Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and services, collaborating with internal teams to implement positive changes.
Assist PNC clients with their inquiries over the phone, when necessary.

We are a rapidly expanding firm in Tacoma, Spokane Valley, the Tri-Cities, Wenatchee, and Las Vegas. We are seeking a Client Services Clerk for this in-office position that is ready to handle a challenging and rewarding career. This is an immediate opening that we are looking to fill very quickly. The Client Services Clerk is an integral member of our firm and is responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly. This position meets with clients, handles document drop-offs, handles cash and card payments, and prepares documents. It is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail. Our firm has a team culture, and we take the development of all staff members seriously. You must be a team player and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Our firm has narrowed its focus almost exclusively on providing immigration services in the western United States. The administrative assistant must be able to work effectively with all team members to ensure that the job is done right the first time. We deal with sensitive material, and confidentiality is a must. Our firm’s mission is to provide superior service by tailoring legal services to the immigrant community. We protect and help immigrants obtain green cards and citizenship and help them succeed in the United States. Our clients turn to us during some of the most stressful moments in their lives, and we strive to lift the legal burdens off of them. The administrative assistant in this position will help ensure our clients’ needs are met promptly.

 Answer post-consultation calls to finalize the contract process with clients
 Complete the verification form, collecting client information and documents when necessary.
 Prepare the case for the legal team, including creating or updating the matter in the system as needed.
 Accurately and thoroughly complete the Intake Wizard form.
 Follow up with potential new clients (PNCs) when required.
 Provide excellent and professional customer service at all times.

Strong experience managing multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Proficiency in content automation tools: Zapier, Make, Buffer, Metricool, Publer, etc.
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or others.
Basic understanding of APIs and programming languages like Python, JS, SQL, or R (a plus).
Knowledge in BI tools: Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau.
Certifications in content strategy, growth hacking, automation, or data analysis (preferred).

Intake Analyst (Remote)
Pay: USD $1,000/month
Modality: Home Office
At Quiroga Law Office, we fight every day to protect the right of immigrants to live, work, and thrive in the U.S. We’re a law firm for immigrants, by immigrants, and we’re growing fast.
Now we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Intake Analyst to ensure that every new client’s case is set up for success from the very beginning. If you have a keen eye for detail, love working with people, and excel at managing documents and information, this is your moment!

What You'll Do:

 Answer post-consultation calls to finalize the contract process with clients
 Complete the verification form, collecting client information and documents when necessary.
 Prepare the case for the legal team, including creating or updating the matter in the system as needed.
 Accurately and thoroughly complete the Intake Wizard form.
 Follow up with potential new clients (PNCs) when required.
 Provide excellent and professional customer service at all times.


What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support (preferred)
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish & English (both required)
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
✅ Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving skills
✅ Professional degree (preferred)
