Description:
Paid Media Advertising Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C business, optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals.
Will be helping the firm in terms of growth and success on digital platforms. These platforms include search engines (like Google Ads), social media networks (those that a social media marketing specialist utilizes, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and other digital spaces where ads can be purchased. This role demands a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, also the behavioral of TikTok’s.
Duties:
Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.
Report regularly on campaign metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and enhance ROAS.
Work alongside the creative team to craft engaging ad graphics and text.
Monitor ad budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient spending.
Research and implement the latest industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
Collaborate with other marketing team members to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals and with other departments like Statistics and Development.
Controls the behavioral of the ROAS, on-site conversions, cost & click performance, impressions/total reach, website traffic
Implement and manage on-page SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and lead generation.
Perform keyword research for the development and planning of content pillars with Inbound Marketing methodology and optimization of advertising campaigns.
Continually analyze campaign and keyword results to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop Link building strategies and manage backlinks to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in B2B paid media management or digital advertising.
3-5 years of Proficiency experience in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads, etc.
Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and optimization techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics & HubSpot.
Multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling
Skills and Requirements:

The Client Services Clerk is an integral member of our firm and is responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly. This position meets with clients, handles document drop off, handles cash and card payments and prepares documents. It is a fast paced position that requires attention to detail. Paid Media Advertising Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C business, optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals.
Will be helping the firm in terms of growth and success on digital platforms. These platforms include search engines (like Google Ads), social media networks (those that a social media marketing specialist utilizes, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and other digital spaces where ads can be purchased. This role demands a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, also the behavioral of TikTok’s.
Duties:
Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.
Report regularly on campaign metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and enhance ROAS.
Work alongside the creative team to craft engaging ad graphics and text.
Monitor ad budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient spending.
Research and implement the latest industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
Collaborate with other marketing team members to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals and with other departments like Statistics and Development.
Controls the behavioral of the ROAS, on-site conversions, cost & click performance, impressions/total reach, website traffic
Implement and manage on-page SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and lead generation.
Perform keyword research for the development and planning of content pillars with Inbound Marketing methodology and optimization of advertising campaigns.
Continually analyze campaign and keyword results to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop Link building strategies and manage backlinks to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in B2B paid media management or digital advertising.
3-5 years of Proficiency experience in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads, etc.
Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and optimization techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics & HubSpot.
Multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads. (mandatory)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
Knowledge of best practices in paid advertising and the ability to stay updated with industry trends.
