We are seeking a Client Services Clerk for this in-office position that is ready to handle a challenging and rewarding career. This is an immediate opening that we are looking to fill very quickly. The Client Services Clerk is an integral member of our firm and is responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly. This position meets with clients, handles document drop-offs, handles cash and card payments, and prepares documents. It is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail. You’ll combine web administration, frontend, SEO, tracking, security and automation, working closely with IT, development and marketing.
Administer and optimize WordPress (themes, plugins, performance, security, updates, backups).
Manage AWS LightSail, DNS, monitoring, scaling, backups and costs.
Manage hosting with cPanel and CentOS (DNS, email, cron jobs, backups, SSL/TLS).
Develop and support frontends with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Vue, React.
Apply technical SEO and performance improvements using Semrush, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse.
Configure and maintain tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and pixels.
Ensure secure setups following OWASP and do basic WCAG accessibility checks.
Build automations with Zapier, Make or similar to connect websites with CRMs and email tools.
Provide light support on Python/Django (maintenance, debugging, small updates).
Fluent Spanish and English B2+, comfortable with native speakers.
Proven experience managing WordPress sites in production.
Hands-on experience with AWS LightSail, cPanel and CentOS-based servers.
