    Quiroga Law office is looking for a Legal Assistant (Remote), a person who is serious, diligent and reserved, with a penchant for results.

    Responsibilities:

    The responsibility of this position is to handle specialized work efficiently, safely and competently. The position requires outstanding attention to detail, concern for the accurate correctness of work and a deep-rooted commitment to completing tasks within the agreed upon time frame.
    The person in this position will take the job seriously, with a deep sense of responsibility and will be disciplined. A somewhat more brisk pace than usual will be the norm for this position.
    The focus is on detailed and specialized work.
    The person in this position will require clearly defined work, responsibilities and reporting relationships, ongoing training opportunities to gain practice and increase security, and frequently express appreciation of the person's competence, conscientiousness and loyalty.
    The position will provide security in a stable work environment, allowing the individual to plan, focus and complete the tasks at hand. When changes in the nature of the work occur, the person in this position will need direction, training and support. The position will generally be task-oriented, requiring a person with a conservative, careful and cautious approach to the work.

    Task:
    • Review each client's case type.
    • Keep record and update cases.
    • Verify what information is available and what information is missing.
    • Write and request information required by the case.
    • Enter information into the system to generate the necessary forms.
    • Draft documents and letters for immigration.
    • Previous certified customer service experience.
    • Send complete packets of each case to paralegal or attorney for review.
    • Contact clients to provide them with ongoing and updated case information.
    • Contact client to request documents necessary for their case.
    • Prepare letters and documents necessary to request documentation.
    • Follow up on documents that have been requested.
    Skills:
    • Bilingual person, with the ability to write documents,
    • Easy to learn.
    • Good ability to be observant to take care of details.
    • Strong customer service skills and orientation.
    • Microsoft office tools skills.
    • You need to have knowledge in Office tools such as knowing and filling out documents and letter.
    • English C1 or advanced level.

The file clerk will oversee performing activities that lead to efficient results in document management through the reception, classification, indexing and loading in Gladiator, for the correct management of matters, promoting continuous improvement and decongesting incoming channels.

Your New Role:

Carry out activities that lead to efficient results in document management through reception, classification, indexing, loading into Gladiator, for the correct management of matters, promoting continuous improvement and decongesting input channels.

Task:

 

1.      Document management:

Receive, classify, and index documents to guarantee their correct management and access.

Upload documents into Gladiator, ensuring timely updating of information.

 

2.      Correspondence Management:

Manage incoming correspondence from various sources, including Outlook, Gladiator Fax, and others. Give priority and special attention to emails assigned as urgent.

 

3.      Archive and Documentation:

Key Responsibilities:
 
·         Develop & Maintain: Create functional, easy-to-use websites and ensure their smooth operation.

·         Server Management: Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot web servers to ensure optimal performance.

·         Issue Resolution: Debug pages, fix broken links or images, and address user complaints promptly.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure cohesive web design and functionality.

What We’re Looking For:
 
·         Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer.
·         Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
·         Advanced expertise in WordPress and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
·         Strong understanding of keyword ranking, SEO optimization, and algorithms.
·         Familiarity with web standards and best practices.
·         Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
·         Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
·         Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
·         Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
·         BSc/BA in Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
