law firm for immigrants by immigrants. We represent clients nationwide and
focus on issues around asylum, citizenship, family immigration, nonimmigrant
visas, deportation defense, temporary protection status, green cards, waivers,
and consular processing. We provide
advice and representation not only to individuals but also to businesses on all
family-based visa scenarios, green cards, and various state and federal

Your Role
As a Legal
Project Manager at Quiroga Law Office PLLC, you will play a key role in driving
operational success across our legal units. You’ll be responsible for
coordinating initiatives, tracking task execution, optimizing workflows, and
ensuring everything is aligned with the firm’s objectives. You will act as a
strategic bridge between our legal teams and leadership, anticipating issues,
proposing process improvements, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards
are consistently met.

Key
Responsibilities
·
Plan,
coordinate, and oversee legal and operational projects to ensure timely
completion, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
· Serve
as the main liaison between legal production teams, facilitating smooth
communication and alignment.
· Implement,
maintain, and improve project tracking systems, SOPs, and workflow
documentation.
· Identify
potential risks or bottlenecks and suggest preventive or corrective actions.
· Coordinate
continuous coaching and support for team members according to project goals.
· Generate
performance reports, monitor team KPIs, and present insights to department
leaders and executive staff.
· Ensure
case management systems, documentation processes, and compliance metrics are
up-to-date and optimized.
· Promote
a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration focused on results.
Qualifications
& Skills
·
Bachelor's
degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum
of 3 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in
operational or service-based environments.
· Proven
experience with project/task management tools and workflow optimization
(ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar).
· Excellent
communication and documentation skills, with a high level of attention to
detail.
· Solid
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
· Demonstrated
ability to create Dashboards and workflows.
· Demonstrated
ability to influence teams, manage cross-functional initiatives, and drive
measurable outcomes.
· Fluent
in English (minimum B2+) and native Spanish required.
Preferred
Qualifications
·
PMP
certification or Agile methodology experience is a plus.
· Prior
experience in fast-paced environments.
· Familiarity
with IT service delivery, CRM platforms, or ERP systems such as SAP is a strong
advantage.
