Key Responsibilities

  • Safely move, deliver, and receive vehicles around the lot, hangar, and service areas.

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing; clean driving record.

The Auditor will identify errors, missing information, recurring issues, and signs of poor case or task management, then document and report findings clearly and professionally.

      Responsibilities

      • Review documentation, internal records, service interactions, procedures, and operational workflows to verify quality, accuracy, and consistency.
      • Check that work is completed according to the firm’s guidelines, procedures, quality standards, and expectations.
      • Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, gaps, recurring issues, potential risks, and signs of poor task or case management.
      • Document audit findings clearly, objectively, and accurately.
      • Prepare audit summaries, reports, findings, and follow-up notes as needed.
      • Report errors, concerns, recurring issues, or poor management indicators to the appropriate leader or team.
      • Track assigned findings or pending review items when required.
      • Use internal systems, dashboards, trackers, automation, or AI tools to support review, documentation, and reporting.

      Requirements

      • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency, written and spoken.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance review, operations review, documentation review, customer service quality control, or a similar role.
