Qualifications

  • Applicants must possess a J.D. degree from a School of Law accredited by the American Bar Association
  • Must be an active member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
  • At least 5 years of experience post J.D. relevant to trial and court experience.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong familiarity with legal research databases.
  • Proficient writer with the ability to appropriately apply case law.
  • Persuasiveness and reasoned judgment.
  • Complex case management skills.
  • Experience in immigration/appellate law is highly desired, but not required.
  • Experience appearing in court and arguing motions.
  • A writing sample consisting of a legal brief or comparable legal writing authored by the applicant is required.

Systems Expertise: Understanding of database replication and clustering technologies. Data Transformation: Skilled in data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting database issues.
