About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication, including initial calls, updates, and follow-ups throughout the case
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure steady progress
  • Request and organize client documents and information
  • Prepare forms, letters, case files, and briefs for submission and appointments
  • Support post-submission activities, including client updates and agency inquiries
  • Deliver final documents and assist with case closure
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with the team

Requirements

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, English, Literature, Linguistics, or related fields.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • English level: Advanced (C1)

The Role

As an Inventory and Asset Assistant, you will support the organization, tracking, assignment, return, and documentation of company inventory and assets, including office supplies, equipment, devices, documents, and other company property.


This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping physical inventory and system records accurate, updated, and easy to verify.


What You Will Do

  • Receive, count, inspect, label, and organize inventory items
  • Update inventory records and track item movements in the company’s system
  • Support the assignment, transfer, return, replacement, and removal of company assets
  • Verify that physical inventory matches system records
  • Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies, damages, missing items, or irregularities
  • Prepare supplies, equipment, and materials for employees, workstations, or departments
  • Keep storage areas organized, labeled, and easy to access
  • Load, unload, move, and organize office-related items such as supplies, boxes, files, devices, and equipment as needed

This role requires someone proactive, analytical, and resourceful, with the ability to review account information, identify recovery opportunities, recommend practical next steps, and move cases toward resolution.
