Quiroga Law Office, PLLC is seeking an Immigration Litigation Attorney based in or near Spokane, Washington to support our growing litigation practice.
The attorney may work remotely, but must be able to attend in-person hearings, court appearances, USCIS interviews, client meetings, and other litigation-related proceedings in Spokane and nearby jurisdictions as needed.
This role is ideal for an attorney with litigation experience, strong legal writing skills, confident oral advocacy, and a commitment to representing immigrants and their families in high-stakes matters.
You will work closely with firm leadership and receive support from a dedicated legal production team. This structure allows you to focus on legal strategy, advocacy, client representation, and case direction while receiving support with case preparation, filings, and production work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court and attend in-person proceedings as required.
  • Prepare for hearings, oral arguments, court appearances, USCIS interviews, and other litigation-related proceedings.
  • Analyze case facts, legal issues, procedural risks, evidence, and available legal options.
  • Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with attorneys, legal staff, and firm leadership.
  • Draft and review motions, briefs, pleadings, declarations, memoranda, and other legal filings.
  • Manage multiple litigation matters while maintaining high-quality work product and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely completion of litigation tasks, filings, and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • J.D. degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
  • Active bar license and good standing in any U.S. state.
  • Must be based in or near Spokane, Washington, or able to reliably attend in-person proceedings in Spokane and nearby jurisdictions as needed.
  • At least 2 years of post-J.D. litigation experience, preferably in immigration litigation, removal defense, federal litigation, or a closely related litigation practice.
  • Strong legal writing, legal research, and oral advocacy skills required.
  • Experience preparing motions, briefs, court filings, clients, and witnesses strongly preferred.
  • Experience with EOIR proceedings, USCIS interviews, or immigration-related litigation strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal immigration law, courtroom procedure, and litigation strategy strongly preferred.
  • Washington State Bar admission is a plus, but not required.
  • BIA appeals, federal litigation, habeas, mandamus, or petitions for review experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, case management, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cases, competing deadlines, and high-stakes legal matters.
  • A writing sample consisting of a legal brief, motion, or comparable legal writing authored by the applicant is required.

  • At least three years of hands on experience managing lead generation paid media campaigns.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience using and interpreting marketing dashboards to evaluate campaign, funnel, and lead performance.
  • Proven experience creating and configuring custom, lookalike, remarketing, and CRM based audiences.
  • Experience developing or managing lead nurturing strategies, funnels, and CRM workflows.
  • Experience sending qualified lead and offline conversion data back to Google and Meta through privacy compliant integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM parameters, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into clear decisions and next steps.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organization, communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications, Social Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Advertising or other paid media platforms.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.
  • Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with call tracking, SEO, and advanced attribution models.
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications.
