    Responsibilities:

    The responsibility of this position is to handle specialized work efficiently, safely and competently. The position requires outstanding attention to detail, concern for the accurate correctness of work and a deep-rooted commitment to completing tasks within the agreed upon time frame.
    The person in this position will take the job seriously, with a deep sense of responsibility and will be disciplined. A somewhat more brisk pace than usual will be the norm for this position.
    The focus is on detailed and specialized work.

    • Review each client's case type.
    • Keep record and update cases.
    • Verify what information is available and what information is missing.
    • Write and request information required by the case.
    • Enter information into the system to generate the necessary forms.
    • Draft documents and letters for immigration.
    • Previous certified customer service experience.
    • Send complete packets of each case to paralegal or attorney for review.
    • Contact clients to provide them with ongoing and updated case information.
    • Contact client to request documents necessary for their case.
    • Prepare letters and documents necessary to request documentation.
    • Follow up on documents that have been requested.
    Skills:
    • Bilingual person, with the ability to write documents,
    • Easy to learn.
    • Good ability to be observant to take care of details.
    • Strong customer service skills and orientation.
    • Microsoft office tools skills.
    • You need to have knowledge in Office tools such as knowing and filling out documents and letter.
