The Role

As an Office Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in shaping their experience with our firm. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with new clients in a fast-paced environment. Your role goes beyond front desk support. You will help guide potential clients, understand their needs, and ensure they are connected with the right team promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience from the moment they arrive

• Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately

• Handle initial client inquiries and identify their needs to guide them to the appropriate next steps

• Engage with potential clients, understand their situation, and guide them toward the appropriate service within the firm

• Support client intake by capturing accurate information and ensuring timely follow-up

About the Role

Quiroga Law Office, PLLC is seeking an Immigration Litigation Attorney based in or near Spokane, Washington to support our growing litigation practice.

The attorney may work remotely, but must be able to attend in-person hearings, court appearances, USCIS interviews, client meetings, and other litigation-related proceedings in Spokane and nearby jurisdictions as needed.

This role is ideal for an attorney with litigation experience, strong legal writing skills, confident oral advocacy, and a commitment to representing immigrants and their families in high-stakes matters.

You will work closely with firm leadership and receive support from a dedicated legal production team. This structure allows you to focus on legal strategy, advocacy, client representation, and case direction while receiving support with case preparation, filings, and production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court and attend in-person proceedings as required.
• Prepare for hearings, oral arguments, court appearances, USCIS interviews, and other litigation-related proceedings.
• Analyze case facts, legal issues, procedural risks, evidence, and available legal options.
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with attorneys, legal staff, and firm leadership.
• Draft and review motions, briefs, pleadings, declarations, memoranda, and other legal filings.
• Manage multiple litigation matters while maintaining high-quality work product and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely completion of litigation tasks, filings, and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, government agencies, opposing counsel, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
• Active bar license and good standing in any U.S. state.
• Must be based in or near Spokane, Washington, or able to reliably attend in-person proceedings in Spokane and nearby jurisdictions as needed.
• At least 2 years of post-J.D. litigation experience, preferably in immigration litigation, removal defense, federal litigation, or a closely related litigation practice.
• Strong legal writing, legal research, and oral advocacy skills required.
• Experience preparing motions, briefs, court filings, clients, and witnesses strongly preferred.
• Experience with EOIR proceedings, USCIS interviews, or immigration-related litigation strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with federal immigration law, courtroom procedure, and litigation strategy strongly preferred.
• Washington State Bar admission is a plus, but not required.
• BIA appeals, federal litigation, habeas, mandamus, or petitions for review experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, case management, and judgment skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases, competing deadlines, and high-stakes legal matters.
• A writing sample consisting of a legal brief, motion, or comparable legal writing authored by the applicant is required.

We are looking for an analytical and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant paid media platforms.

Your work will directly support the firm’s growth by generating qualified leads, improving lead quality and conversions, reducing wasted advertising spend, and maximizing return on advertising investment through continuous analysis, testing, and optimization.

What You Will Do

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences, keywords, targeting, bidding strategies, and placements.
• Conduct keyword research, review search terms, and continuously manage negative keyword lists to reduce irrelevant traffic and wasted spend.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, cost per appointment, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance beyond platform metrics, including lead quality, calls, appointments, and other business outcomes when data is available.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads and other advertising platforms is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing lead-generation campaigns and optimizing for lead quality and business results.
• Strong knowledge of campaign strategy, targeting, bidding, budget management, audience development, keyword strategy, negative keyword optimization, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
