Compensation: $25/hour | Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-site)

ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a Client Services Clerk to help keep our office running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, client-facing position that requires excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to process cash and card payments accurately. You will support day-to-day office operations and assist with key administrative and compliance-related tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients in person, manage document drop-offs/pickups, and provide excellent service.
• Process payments (cash/card), issue receipts, support invoicing, and keep accurate records.
• Collect signatures and manage documents with precision and confidentiality.
• Support hiring and onboarding coordination as needed (scheduling, paperwork, follow-ups).
• Assist with fingerprinting and background check documentation to ensure secure, compliant processes.
• Coordinate court-related translations, ensuring documents are organized and delivered on time.
• Keep office workflows organized and communicate clearly with the team to prevent delays.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required — strong written and spoken communication in both.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with documentation and payments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• High professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Team player with a “get it done” attitude.


This Position will offer:

Responsibilities

As our File Clerk, you will keep our documentation accurate, organized, and accessible so cases can move forward without delays. You will:

  • Manage daily document and correspondence workflow: receive, classify, index, and upload documents into our internal case management system, and handle incoming channels (email, fax, and other digital sources), prioritizing urgent items.

  • Organize and archive digital documentation so it can be found quickly and reliably, keeping records current and easy to search.

  • Support attorneys and staff by ensuring they have the right documents, in the right place, at the right time, and by guiding them through filing and documentation processes when needed.

  • Manage and submit FOIA, FBI, and EOIR requests, following established procedures and timelines.

  • When necessary, communicate with clients regarding required documentation or missing information.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys order, accuracy, and consistency, and understands that well-managed files are essential to strong legal work.


What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (required).

  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
