Job Title: Content Distribution & Engagement Assistant (Remote)  
Pay: USD 2000/month  
Modality: Home Office  
Schedule: 8AM - 5 PM PST  
 
At Quiroga Law Office, we fight every day to protect the right of immigrants to live, work, and thrive in the U.S. As a purpose driven law firm in rapid growth, we are scaling our digital strategy to reach more people with impactful, data driven content. 
 
We’re looking for a Content Distribution & Engagement Assistant (Remote) who can code, integrate, and optimize digital ecosystems for content distribution across platforms and websites with the goal of boosting visibility, engagement, and performance. 
This is a role for a growth minded developer marketer who loves building automated systems, analyzing data, and aligning content with performance driven marketing goals. 

 
This role is for you if you: 
Build automated content workflows that run while you sleep. 
Think of APIs, not manual tasks. 
See content as a growth engine not just communication. 
Measure performance and adjust fast. 
Want your work to have meaning and impact lives. 
  

What You’ll Own: 
Automate content publishing across social platforms and websites using code and API integrations. 
Build systems with Python, JavaScript, Node.js (no low-code tools here). 
Design and optimize data dashboards that drive marketing decisions. 
Work together with our marketing team to increase reach, performance, and lead generation. 
Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data to optimize publication strategies. 
Use data, creativity, and experimentation to find what works and scale it fast. 
Automate and manage content publishing across Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, and corporate websites.  
Strategic content planning to strengthen brand visibility and impact. 

 
What We’re Looking For: 
3+ years building and automating content or marketing systems. 
Comfortable with APIs (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), SQL, Dreamweaver, and BI tools. 
Mindset of a growth hacker with the skills of a developer. 
Strategic, resourceful, and bilingual (English & Spanish). 
Passion for technology and creating positive impact.

RAM: 16 GB DDR4 or higher 
Processor: 
Intel i5/i7 (8th gen or higher), AMD Ryzen 5 or higher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires proficiency in financial software and a strong understanding of payroll management practices.


Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain employee records related to payroll, including tax information, deductions, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to resolve any discrepancies related to employee hours or pay.
  • Prepare and submit payroll taxes and other required governmental filings.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll expenses and accounts payable.
  • Conduct audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect payroll processing.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role in corporate accounting or governmental accounting environments.
  • Proficiency in financial software and accounting software; experience with Quickbooks is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payroll management processes, tax regulations, and accounts payable functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and maintain discretion at all times.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels.
