We are a rapidly expanding firm located in Spokane Valley, Tri-Cities, Wenatchee, and Las Vegas. We are seeking a Client Services Clerk for our Wenatchee, WA location that is ready to handle a challenging and rewarding career. This is an immediate opening that we are looking to fill very quickly.
The Client Services Clerk in this position is an integral member of our firm and is responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly. This position meets with clients, handles document drop off, handles cash and card payments and prepares documents. It is a fast paced position that requires attention to detail. Our firm has a team culture, and we take the development of all staff members seriously. You must be a team player and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

The administrative assistant must be able to work effectively with all team members to ensure that the job is done right the first time. We deal with sensitive material and confidentiality is a must.

We protect and help immigrants obtain green cards, citizenship, and help them succeed in the United States. Our clients turn to us during some of the most stressful moments in their lives, and we strive to lift the legal burdens off of them. The administrative assistant in this position will help ensure our clients’ needs are met in a timely manner.
