Case Support Assistant

Modality: Remote (Home Office)

Payment: $1,200 USD per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time

About the Role

As a Case Support Assistant, you will support immigration cases and play a key role in keeping them organized and moving forward. You will gather client information, maintain ongoing communication, provide updates, and help guide each case through to completion. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication, including initial calls, updates, and follow-ups throughout the case
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure steady progress
• Request and organize client documents and information
• Prepare forms, letters, case files, and briefs for submission and appointments
• Support post-submission activities, including client updates and agency inquiries
• Deliver final documents and assist with case closure
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with the team

Requirements

Core Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, English, Literature, Linguistics, or related fields.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
• English level: Advanced (C1)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools
• Experience in legal writing or drafting formal documents in English
• Experience in case management, administrative support, or client-facing roles

Recovery Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Recovery Analyst to support the resolution of complex accounts that require a structured recovery approach. This role requires someone proactive, analytical, and resourceful, with the ability to review account information, identify recovery opportunities, recommend practical next steps, and move cases toward resolution.
The ideal candidate can bring structure to complex information, communicate firmly and professionally with clients, prepare clear account summaries, and support consistent follow-up, reporting, and escalation practices.

Responsibilities

• Review complex accounts and determine the appropriate recovery strategy.
• Analyze balances, payment history, agreements, disputes, prior follow-up, and supporting documentation.
• Contact clients by phone and email to negotiate payments, resolve pending balances, and secure payment commitments.
• Prepare account summaries, reports, recommendations, and recovery packages for leadership, executive, or legal review when needed.
• Build practical workflows for account follow-up, documentation, reporting, and escalation.
• Work with internal teams to gather information, clarify account details, and support timely recovery actions.
• Keep accurate notes, payment commitments, communications, and account updates in the firm’s internal system.
• Handle sensitive financial information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Advanced English required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recovery, collections, accounts receivable, delinquency resolution, payment negotiations, disputes, complaints, or escalations.
• Experience handling client calls, payment conversations, or collections communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with aging reports, account reconciliation, recovery strategy, Account-to-Cash processes, or process improvement preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, KPIs, balances, internal systems, and payment tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.

We are looking for an Auditor (Quality Assurance) to review and verify the quality, accuracy, and consistency of work across different areas of the firm.

This role focuses on checking documentation, internal records, service interactions, and operational tasks to confirm they are completed correctly and in alignment with the firm’s standards. The Auditor will identify errors, missing information, recurring issues, and signs of poor case or task management, then document and report findings clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation, internal records, service interactions, procedures, and operational workflows to verify quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Check that work is completed according to the firm’s guidelines, procedures, quality standards, and expectations.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, gaps, recurring issues, potential risks, and signs of poor task or case management.
• Document audit findings clearly, objectively, and accurately.
• Prepare audit summaries, reports, findings, and follow-up notes as needed.
• Report errors, concerns, recurring issues, or poor management indicators to the appropriate leader or team.
• Track assigned findings or pending review items when required.
• Use internal systems, dashboards, trackers, automation, or AI tools to support review, documentation, and reporting.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, objectivity, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance review, operations review, documentation review, customer service quality control, or a similar role.
• Experience reviewing documentation, internal records, client or service interactions, reports, procedures, workflows, or quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, recurring patterns, and potential risks.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to recognize trends, repeated issues, poor management indicators, and areas that require escalation.
• Experience preparing reports, documenting findings, tracking issues, or escalating concerns.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly, objectively, respectfully, and professionally.
• Comfortable using internal systems, dashboards, trackers, automation tools, or AI tools to support review and reporting.
• Ability to follow established criteria, checklists, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Experience in a law firm, legal services, operations, healthcare, insurance, finance, or another service-oriented environment is a plus.
