Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare initial versions of letters, forms, declarations, briefs, and other case-related documents.
  • Review client information, case materials, and supporting documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Identify missing information, inconsistencies, documentation errors, or pending items that may affect case preparation.
  • Assemble case packets and ensure required documents are properly organized before submitting them to the Case Coordinator.
  • Request, verify, and follow up on required case materials from clients or third parties.
  • Review case status regularly and keep notes, records, and updates accurate in the internal system.

  • Communicate with clients regularly and provide clear, timely, and respectful updates.
  • Translate during client meetings when needed.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Case Coordinator for guidance.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)


Technical & Core Requirements:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

We are looking for a Recovery Analyst to support the resolution of complex accounts that require a structured recovery approach. This role requires someone proactive, analytical, and resourceful, with the ability to review account information, identify recovery opportunities, recommend practical next steps, and move cases toward resolution.

      Requirements

      • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency, written and spoken.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance review, operations review, documentation review, customer service quality control, or a similar role.
      • Experience reviewing documentation, internal records, client or service interactions, reports, procedures, workflows, or quality standards.
      • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, recurring patterns, and potential risks.
      • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to recognize trends, repeated issues, poor management indicators, and areas that require escalation.
      • Experience preparing reports, documenting findings, tracking issues, or escalating concerns.
      • Ability to communicate findings clearly, objectively, respectfully, and professionally.
      • Comfortable using internal systems, dashboards, trackers, automation tools, or AI tools to support review and reporting.
      • Ability to follow established criteria, checklists, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
      • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
      • Experience in a law firm, legal services, operations, healthcare, insurance, finance, or another service-oriented environment is a plus.

      Job Duties:

      Education and Experience requirements:

      High School Diploma/GED, along with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service

      Special Skills required:

      Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. We are immigration attorneys serving the Spanish-speaking community, where 95% of our clients speak only Spanish. Our firm targets the Hispanic community, so client service coordinators must speak both languages.
