File Clerk Correspondence 


Modality: Remote (Home Office)
Pay: $1,000 USD per month
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time

We represent clients nationwide and focus on asylum, citizenship, family immigration, nonimmigrant visas, deportation defense, TPS, green cards, waivers, and consular processing.

We are a structured, process-driven team where accurate handling of correspondence is critical to keeping cases moving forward.

Responsibilities

As a Correspondence File Clerk, you will manage incoming documentation and communication across internal and external channels, ensuring everything is properly classified, prioritized, and uploaded.
  • Review internal correspondence queues.
  • Process documents received for case workflows, including application materials and supporting documentation
  • Handle Drop Off items (scanned documents from offices and signed forms) and ensure proper classification and upload
  • Monitor multiple mailboxes and queues to ensure no items are missed or delayed
  • Upload, index, and assign documents to the correct case in the internal system
  • Flag urgent items for internal follow-up when needed
  • Maintain organization and consistency across all correspondence channels

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)


Technical & Core Requirements:

  • Experience in document management and process-driven environments (required)
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Strong experience with Outlook and email management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Ability to handle high-volume workflows with accuracy
